Begoña Montes

More than 16 years dedicated to the management of R&D&I, she has extensive experience in the management of R&D&I consortium projects both nationally and internationally. She is an expert in the search for funding for start-ups, in project study and in carrying out strategic plans.
Begoña has a degree in Business Administration specializing in International Relations from the University of Oviedo with postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the UNED, a Master in Innovation Management and Business Development from the University of Oviedo and a Master in Digital Marketing from the Power MBA.

Lorena Fernández
Project Management
The virtue of listening and adding value
She has been dedicated to R&D+i management for more than a decade, specializing in the preparation of proposals and drafting of reports, as well as in the management and technical justification of regional, national and European grants in the industrial and energy sector, both for companies and AIEs.
Lorena holds a degree in Mining and Energy Resources Engineering, an International Master’s Degree in Innovation Management and Business Development and an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing from the Power MBA.

Mª Dolores Fernández

5 years of experience in the management of grants and subsidies guarantee the knowledge, experience and results in the administrative and financial management of proposals. She carries out advisory tasks in the preparation of budgets, as well as in the preparation of administrative and economic supporting accounts.
Double degree in Business Administration from the University of Oviedo and MBA from the Power MBA.

Alba Casado
Marketing and Communication
Born to communicate
She has more than 5 years of experience in the marketing, communication and graphic design sectors. Among her main functions, she is in charge of making Red Táctica’s services visible and highlighting their value, as well as encouraging the dialogue between the work team. In addition, she actively participates in the dissemination and transfer of R&D+i results, both for our clients and in our own projects.
Alba is a senior technician in “Design and Editorial Production in the Graphic Arts Industry” and in “Sales and Commercial Space Management”. She is currently continuing her training in the different areas of marketing in order to keep up to date with all the advances and tools in the sector.

Almudena Redondo

She has great resourcefulness, Almudena has the ability to solve problems without making them grow. She is a great pillar to keep things in place and up to date.
For more than 18 years she has been offering support to different corporate departments and she is the clients’ first impression as she assists them in a personalized, successful manner and always with a smile. The particularity of her work is that every day is different, so she has developed an ability to adapt to change to the maximum.
