DEFINITION stage
We support the R&D team in the definition of the project, with the identification of the necessary resources and the delimitation of its scope.
Proposal planning. We carry out all the necessary steps to apply for grants and/or public/private financing. With the support of the R&D&I team, we participate in the planning of the work, as well as in the drafting of the state of the art and the strategy for the exploitation of the results.
Project DEVELOPMENT stage
During this stage, and in parallel to the execution of the activities established in the different projects, we carry out our own tasks of control, follow-up and finally the justification of the work carried out by the R&D&I team, in accordance with the requirements of the bases of the grant, thus providing management support in the following phases of the project:
- Project Launch.
- Monitoring and control of the Project, as well as the processing of justifications required according to the resolution to grant aid.
- Processing of final project justifications.
- Transfer to the market and the identification of new opportunities.
